Irish Rugby has published a summary roadmap for a return to rugby in clubs. This is designed to provide high level clarity to clubs and ensure safety measures are taken before activities can resume.
At the time of posting, Irish Rugby is now in the COVID-19 Safety Planning Stage of this roadmap.
Clubs may only resume training and rugby activities in accordance with government protocols. These protocols are being considered on an ongoing basis at government level and the IRFU will communicate any update with clubs.
The IRFU recommends that clubs only activate a return with an appropriate COVID-19 Club Safety plan in place. The following PDF Documents are available for download and review:

COVID-19 Return to Play Program
There are a number of key roles that the Club needs to fill, on a volunteer basis, from within its Membership. These positions will enable us to progress our return to play program.
